Welcome to AK Graphics Division BD! We are a professional IT service provider offering world-class solutions tailored to meet the needs of both local and international clients. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations governing our services.
1. Scope of Services
- 1.1 Services Provided:
- Graphics Design
- Video Editing
- Photography
- Photo Editing
- Web Design and Development
- Digital Marketing (including Facebook Marketing)
- AI-Generated Image Services
- UX/UI Design
- Branding and Consultancy
Additional services may be introduced in the future. Updates regarding services will be communicated via our official website.
2. Client Responsibilities
- 2.1 Providing Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate and relevant information necessary for the completion of the project.
- 2.2 Compliance with Laws: Clients are responsible for ensuring that all materials they provide comply with international and local copyright laws.
3. Payment Policy
- 3.1 Payment Structure:
- For projects valued above 5,000 BDT, a 50% advance payment is required.
- Full payment must be completed before final files are delivered.
- 3.2 Refund Policy: Refunds are not applicable for completed projects. In case of project cancellation, partial refunds may be considered based on the progress of the work.
4. Confidentiality Policy
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client-provided information and project data. Advanced security measures are implemented to ensure data protection.
5. Ownership and Rights
- 5.1 Ownership of Deliverables:
- Ownership of deliverables transfers to the client upon project completion and full payment.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Revision Policy
- 6.1 Number of Revisions: Clients are entitled to up to three (3) revisions per project. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.
- 6.2 Revision Timeline: Requests for revisions must be made within seven (7) days of delivery.
7. Timelines and Delivery Policy
- 7.1 Delivery Timeline: Projects will be delivered within the agreed timeline. Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required information will not be our responsibility.
- 7.2 Expedited Services: Expedited services are available for an additional fee.
8. Limitation of Liability
AK Graphics Division BD will not be held liable for:
- Delays in project completion caused by the client.
- Issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
9. Governing Laws
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. International clients must adhere to their respective local laws.
10. Cancellation Policy
Both parties may terminate the agreement with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice. Fees for completed portions of the project are non-refundable.
